We process personal data (hereinafter mostly referred to as “data”) only to the extent necessary and for the purpose of providing a functional and user-friendly website, including its content and the services offered therein, as well as on the basis of any required consent.

Pursuant to Article 4(1) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – “GDPR”), “processing” means any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.

In addition, the controller is obliged to inform all recipients to whom data has been disclosed of any rectification or erasure of data or restriction of processing carried out pursuant to Articles 16, 17(1) and 18 GDPR. This obligation does not apply if such notification is impossible or involves a disproportionate effort. Notwithstanding this, the user has the right to be informed about these recipients.

Users and data subjects also have the right to object, pursuant to Article 21 GDPR, to the future processing of data concerning them, insofar as the data is processed by the controller on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Personal data is collected only if you voluntarily provide it to us. Beyond this, no personal data is collected. Any processing of your personal data beyond the scope of statutory permissions takes place only on the basis of your explicit consent.

Categories of recipients include public authorities where overriding legal provisions exist, external service providers or other contractors, as well as other external parties, provided that the data subject has given consent or that transmission is permissible due to overriding legitimate interests.

The data processed during use of our website will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose for storage no longer applies, provided that no statutory retention obligations prevent deletion and no other provisions are stated below regarding specific processing operations.
